Cheeburger Cheeburger has a wonderful ambiance that brings you back in time several decades. They offer 50 or more styles of milk shakes, which is their true strength. Patrons can get their picture on the wall of fame (or shame if you count calories) for eating a 1 lb. burger (1/2 lb. for kids).

Their burger ingredients are solid, but the chef's execution in arranging the burger and toppings are less than exemplary (many napkins are required here).

Overall, if you're looking for a throw-back style burger joint with above average milk shakes, give Cheeburger a try. If you're looking for that once-in-a-lifetime burger; keep looking.

Just got back from Cheeburger Cheeburger for a burger challenge. I didn't so much care for the burger. The review was right when it said the burgers are messy and the bun broke apart halfway through me eating it. The fries however were excellent! I could have just eaten those and not the burger and would have been happy. Oh and by the way they totally gave me the wrong milkshake...as you can see I'm still a little sensitive about it BUT it was still pretty good!

I have to say, I just came from Cheeburger Cheeburger - Houston location not BR - and it was not a good burger experience. I thought these guys had clout but they disappointed. I have to admit that the selection of extras was great, everything from sauteed mushrooms/onions to your typical lettuce & tomato. What disappointed me was that the meat had no flavor. It was the right texture but the flavor was mysteriously missing from the burger. I could taste the vegetables and the bun was pretty good but the meat was the filler - a sad choice for a burger place. However, the fries were delicious. The small order was more than ample for two people. I think I'd rather have a McDonalds burger next time. On to the next burger . . . .

This burger was good and I loved the 20+ free topping choices (peanut butter is an option!). One day I'm going to get a burger with EVERYTHING on it. The fries could have been a little crispier and the shakes were just ok. They should have stuck with the Trivial Pursuit question cards instead of the the ones they have now.

When i ate my burger i really enjoyed the first bite. it is true that it is a messy burger ... however i think it just depends on how much appearance matters to you. I felt its taste out-weighed the hassle.

This burger was goooooo0oood. I love how you have so many options, from pickles to peanut butter. I deeply enjoyed my combination of onion rings and honey mustard on my burger. I even got more honey mustard to dip it in! The tasty fries and milkshake at the end, made the burger eeeven better. Though the burger was a handful, trying not to make a mess and to keep it all together, i was thoroughly pleased and left with a full belly.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
